On TV Recently showing on ITV1 on Friday nights at 9pm was Moving Wallpaper followed by Echo Beach, the later starring Martine McCutcheon and Jason Donovan.

This is a two part show. Moving Wallpaper is about a team of TV writers, making a soap, called Echo Beach. The second part of the show, Echo Beach, is the soap itself, and follows the residents of a small Cornish seaside town.

All the town scenes, including the 'banjo' pier scenes, were filmed on location here in Looe, during the summer of 2007. The beach scenes however, were filmed in Watergate Bay near Newquay. So you've seen us on the TV, come and see the real thing.
